The Sites are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and its legal notices are made in accordance with the laws of the province of Québec. Any reference in our Sites to ‘’the law’’ refers to the laws of the province of Québec. All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with the Sites shall be submitted to and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Québec. In the event of any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Sites, the courts of the province of Québec will have exclusive jurisdiction.
All the information on insurance products contained in these Sites can only be used in Canada.
You may obtain a full refund of your online insurance purchase (including the premium, taxes and fees) and training fees provided your refund request is made before the effective date of your policy.
However, if you wish to request a refund after the effective date of the policy, you must send us a signed written notice confirming the date of termination of your insurance policy. The premium refund will be calculated according to the short-term cancellation table applicable to your insurance policy. Insurance policy issuance fees are not refundable.
